Re: the electricity usage comparison between homes, this has irk

Middle Township - Re: the electricity usage comparison between homes, this has irked me since its inception. First, how much is the comparison costing everyone? Second, there do not appear to be many comparable homes in my area. Third, do they think people actually want to pay high bills so they misuse electricity? Fourth, seniors are home more and possibly utilize more electricity than nearby families. Fifth, health issues require heavier usage. Is this some sort of precursor to rationing our electrical usage?
