Cape May - I read an article in the Cape May Star and Wave about students' issues. Students' issues are part of HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and are not to be discussed with other teachers, lunchroom, front office, clubs, and other students. Shame on those who make comments on something they do not know the details of and spread rumors. This might be the reason students will not come to them for help.
