It was finally a pleasure to drive on this superbly smooth road without bumps and holes. Now, comes June 26 at 7 a.m. I was awoken by a loud jack hammering. I looked out from my deck and witnessed several men digging up the road. Across from 43rd Ave., they cut into the road about 8-feet by 12-feet wide. Who gave authority to dig up a newly paved road? This is totally insane!
