Avalon - Avalon relies on tourism. Local businesses need seasonal visitors and rentals to survive. Who wants to rent next to a construction site? Not me! Construction in Avalon is out of control. Since when do builders rule? We need a moratorium on construction from Memorial Day to Labor Day. I can hear heavy equipment in the city every day. I don't want to hear it down the shore, and especially not on weekends and holidays!
