You know, the Spouter is right. Where is the investigation into the COAH house? We (The Boro) bought that property 5 years ago and we still haven't rented it once to a qualified renter? Three apartments, five years, that's 15 years missing in affordable housing units. Where did the money go? How did they avoid bidding the original work and raise the building? Didn't the last BA warn us that there was something fishy here before he got fired? Was that the reason he was fired? The Herald should send in an investigative reporter on this!
