Yesterday I almost hit a Dad riding a bike with his family. He quickly entered the street from the sidewalk when a parked car blocked the sidewalk. I almost hit him. Then he just stopped in front of my car to allow his kids to pass around the car. The parking in the crest is out of hand due to over-development. This home had 7-8 cars parked all over the home frontage and then extending to the street. Give out tickets please. If car is not moved, Tow it please.
