Woodbine - Woodbine planning/zoning board should not raise fees charged. We are finding it hard enough to bring in ratables. The cost of development, being a pinelands town, scares most away. The borough needs to stand out among other towns by being as cost-effective as possible. We don't have an industrial park, as other towns have effectively developed. To his credit, the mayor has brought in many, but we need more. Let's not be penny-wise and dollar-foolish with our fee structure.
