We the People, what the heck does that really mean?

Woodbine - We the People, what the heck does that really mean? I will explain, recently for a few years now ,the State Forester Service has installed a guard rail gate preventing us tax paying citizens mobile access to our park forest, they want or I should say make us walk( yeah walking is good but being 62 with a heart condition not so much so ) let’s see ,it should read "we the freaking government "tell you what to do like it or not. but remember all of the forest was purchased by tax payers money .
