Woodbine - We don't have any baseball in Woodbine because the children don't sign up. Parents need to encourage their kids to go outside and play sports and not allow them to play video games. Recreation department had no choice but to ask Cruz to go to the baseball meeting to see if the few kids who did sign up could play somewhere and Middle allowed us to play for them. We tried the following year to field our own team, but once again we only had about six sign ups. Clearly not enough to field any teams. Middle has always given us the option to have our own team, but we never have enough kids!
