A traffic circle in Woodbine?

Woodbine - A traffic circle in Woodbine? Who thought this was a good idea? For an intersection that has heavy car traffic about 24 days a year, mostly during summer weekends, and dump truck traffic most of the time; is a traffic circle the best use of our tax paying dollars. How about just repaving the intersection and using all the extra money to repave Rt 550 between Rt 610 and Corsons Tavern Road. Really a traffic circle?!
