Woodbine - Some little kids in this town are left unsupervised. I witnessed a little toddler almost get hit by a car June 19. The parents left the toddler and the toddler's siblings, probably ages 5 and 7, to watch the baby in the front yard, and the toddler wandered into the street. What were the parents doing in their house that was so important that they couldn't watch their children?
