Lost my vehicle almost 2 months ago, just the back end was damag

Woodbine - Lost my vehicle almost 2 months ago, just the back end was damaged, they sent me to a collision repair shop, they Totaled the vehicle, it was an older model, but well maintained. I argued with the insurance company to repair it. No! So they took the vehicle, gave me squat for it and even after this time no pay off. So I’m walking every where, I called they said theres nothing they can do, its a process. Now! If I was late on their payment they would impose a late fee, and if not received timely, they would drop my coverage. Where are our fees charging them for not paying on time? Rigged.
