Woodbine - I would like to know who is responsible for the sidewalk where the children from the Manor Apartments walk on Webster St. There was snow that needed to be removed. They had to walk on the side of the street where there is a lot of traffic. Who should clean the snow so they can walk to school and be safe? No State Police was there to keep them safe. Is it up to the county or Woodbine?
