Woodbine - I would like to know how the mayor of Woodbine can hold three paid positions. The mayor, chairman of the water dept. and an emergency management job. Our town's people should come to the meeting and ask what's going on.

Moderator's Note:
According to Woodbine Mayor William Pikolycky, "To the question of the “three positions”, I am indeed mayor. The emergency management position is one that, should the mayor serve as, he receives no compensation for. If I do, as in the past, designate an emergency management coordinator, that person would receive a stipend. As of this date (March 31), I am serving in that position and so do not receive a stipend for it. Our “water department” is a separately created utility authority, established several decades ago as the Woodbine Municipal Utilities Authority (WMUA), which is responsible for water and sewage. The WMUA Board has five members, all of whom receive a stipend. They are responsible for operating the WMUA on a daily basis."
