I want to know why a stoplight has not been installed at the cor

Woodbine - I want to know why a stoplight has not been installed at the corner of Washington Ave. and Webster St.? The cars and trucks go too fast, and the crossing guard was almost hit helping children cross. We need a state trooper there between 2:30 and 3 p.m. This has been a problem for too long.
