Woodbine - I read the spout off about the roads littered with trash around the Woodbine landfill. I really never took notice until the spout off. You're correct. It's a disgrace. It appears trash is flying off the trucks. If so, the haulers should be fined. Woodbine and/or Cape May County should routinely dispatch road crews to clean up this litter.
