Woodbine - Doesn't Woodbine have an ordinance about dog owners picking up after their dogs in borough limits? It's pretty sad when people walk their dogs around the block on sidewalks and not pick up dog poop. I am 80 years old, and if I can bend and clean up dog poop, then the owner who has the dog can do so also. I shouldn't have to do this. It's pretty sad!
