Why does the Mayor of Woodbine keep getting grants to improve Walking in the community? If people came to Woodbine to walk from bike path to school, and used Adams Avenue or Jefferson Avenue, I ’m pretty sure they would not do it again. Especially after seeing how bad of an area this is, with people doing things they shouldn’t be.
