With the Heralds and moderators permission I introduce you to Cackles, an imaginary creation based on no person living or deceased. Cackles, an underachiever that fell into good fortune by dubious means, decided that becoming President one day was suddenly on the bucket list. Many thought this out of reach as employment history wasn’t good, but Cackles wouldn’t take no for an answer. Predictably, Cackles, having avoided most attempts to learn even the basics of anything attempted, went down in flames and couldn’t fly. To come intermittently?
