With all due respect lowering the speed limit is not going to solve the bicycle safety problem. There are too many motorists. There is a NJ transit bus route on a local road with no shoulder. There is a school off of a local road with no shoulder. The only way I can imagine fixing Broadway is to make it a one way street for the a portion .
