Where is the extra police presence for the unscheduled car group

Wildwoods - Where is the extra police presence for the unscheduled car group? They are flying down side streets and main roads and I don't see a cop in sight! In the summer they were parked all over Park Blvd and now, nothing. If they're in town make money off of them (tickets/tow).
