Wildwood/Hoboken - Loving the return on investment I’m getting on my Wildwood properties. Got a hot tip from one of my Cornell brothers this area is due for a huge rebound. Housing stock is a bit dated, but the market is undervalued and its ripe for the picking. Hearing big changes on the way...have to think big if you want to make the money. Take a page from NYC and North Jersey where we go 100% with our development and look at our property values compared to down here. More cars sporting the NY and north Jersey plates - I see you -- Go Giants!
