Park in the middle of Pacific Ave. for an hour? No problem. Leave your loud exhaust/music running for an eternity? No problem. Park in a private lot & then scream when the owner tells you to pay or leave? No problem. Hey, park on our patch of grass or INSIDE my property, why not, its all illegal.
