Wildwood - To a woman who works at the Convention Center, speaking English more loudly won't make non-English people understand it. We are all so glad that you pointed out that you are "a local" as you opened the door and escorted non-English speakers out who were clearly trying to go to the sale. I think you should pursue a different line of work if being welcoming to visitors isn't something you wish to do. Thankfully a few kind, non-Spanish speaking, strangers patiently communicated with the group and got them where they wished to be. Your face as they walked back in was priceless.
