Wildwood - Wildwood's mayor apologizes for the primitive roadway conditions in Wildwood, complaining it's all about money. He's correct, it is. He does not seem to have any problem with passing lucrative union contracts to police and fire. He also fills municipal employment rolls with family and friends. So if money is the issue, spend it on the basic infrastructure. The cavalier attitude 'let them eat cake' is old. The peasants need some relief.
