Wildwood - To a Wildwood spouter who has mental illness and lost their insurance card, why do you feel you should get care free when you made the choice to get insurance but just lost your card? All you have to do is call for a replacement card or go online and get one. Obviously, if you are submitting a spout, you have a phone and/or computer access. I commend you for admitting you have issues that need professional help, but stop thinking because of your irresponsibility in loosing your card, the world owes you something free.
