Wildwood - A Wildwood spouter tried to justify considering a drug addiction as a disease with some faulty logic. Yes, some folks with eating disorders and chronic obesity do cost someone extra money on health care. It is debatable if they are getting public ally assisted health care, like most drug addicts and many alcoholics. They also don't steal to feed their addictions or cause mayhem on our highways. Using heroin or not is clearly a choice and not just a biological reaction. Keep your kids off drugs and you don't need clinics.
