Wildwood - Wildwood Police has the ability to promote all these high administration positions when the city is broke. Does whoever decides these things not care about funding things that are necessary rather than putting more money in the pockets of high-ranked officers? Why does the city need a deputy chief? I don’t understand. The rich get richer while the poor get poorer.
