Wildwood - To Wildwood Crest Spouter re: "2nd homeowners who think they deserve the right to vote," etc. Your spout has me confused. 2nd homeowners do more than spend money we also pay water, sewer, electric, cable & taxes real estate, county & school for 12 months. Our homes aren't our primary residence we don't have the option of Homesteading & receiving a discount on those taxes! Utility bills are due whether we are here or not - believe me they all have administrative fees whether we used a drop of water or not! How about the business owners that live out of state - shouldn't they have a say/vote?
