Why is Ocean Ave such a mess?

Wildwood - Why is Ocean Ave such a mess? The city no longer puts out trash cans on the street so there is trash everywhere. The landscaping has not been done because the city could not get it done for free. Wildwood had wild flower seed spread out because landscaping " wasn't in budget". Boards finally got put out on beach a month late because it "wasn't in budget" causing elderly visitors to island to not have access to beach . When is Wildwood going to cater to tourists who pay their salaries. We reelect indicted officials so this is what we get .
