Why is it that people of Wildwood who go to school in our commun

Wildwood - Why is it that people of Wildwood who go to school in our community, then go on to a top-notch university for education, and come home to work in our community as a teacher, keep on getting passed over for full-time positions? Is it because they're friends first and life-long residents second? The school board must get a handle on this.
