Why is the federal government using federal agents to remove fen

Wildwood - Why is the federal government using federal agents to remove fencing,barbed wire and river barriers that protect our southern border from the illegal aliens invasion of our country. Why are they facilitating this invasion and the cost to the tax payers of now over 1 Trillion dollars per year just for the illegal aliens and in the refugees and immigrants and we are at 2 trillion dollars per year to take care of folks from well over 100 countries. Biden ,Myorcas ,Harris and the entire administration are responsible.
