Wildwood - Why doesn't the developer that is leveling the blocks on the north of Pacific Ave. focus on the 19th century dilapidated mansion , and get rid of that eyesore. And as for those with the fond "memories" of that place, you'd have to be reminiscing about Alexander's Ragtime Band.
