Wildwood - Why is a business owner allowed to park a relic of a truck on the street that has no license plates or a valid inspection sticker to be legally parked on said street. The police drive by it numerous times of the day and do nothing. If I were to park my vehicle on the street with no tags and no valid inspection, I would be ticketed and towed.
