Why are condo owners on West Burk Ave.

Wildwood - Why are condo owners on West Burk Ave. parking their cars on sidewalks? Try to take a walk with children on weekends and one is forced to go on the street since cars are blocking the sidewalks. New stop signs were painted on Burk and Mediterranean, but have not slowed the cars down or made them stop. They are still flying right through the intersection without slowing down a bit. I contacted police, and they did not even bother to show up.
