Wildwood - While I am a big supporter of the development and investment of BG Capital in Wildwood I have big concerns about the parking situation being created with the development of the 38 units at the old Wildwood Catholic Grammar School. The driveways for each unit are undersized and do not provide the length to park a vehicle. The garages while also undersized do meet the zoning requirement of providing 1 parking space but most townhouse and condo owners use the garage space for storage. Not sure where these vehicles park while we also are losing the surrounding street parking spots??
