Wildwood - While dining at a restaurant, I witnessed an employee clearing a table and eating the "leftovers" off of the dirty plates. I then saw the employee actually pick something out of the dirty bus pan, and eat it, before walking it into the kitchen. It is common sense that there are millions of germs in bus pans and on dirty plates. I think it is disgusting and crazy that anyone would do this!
