When will Wildwood address the flophouse on an Avenue?

Wildwood - When will Wildwood address the flophouse on an Avenue? Our tax dollars are at work almost weekly with drug or alcohol overdoses (even dead bodies) and a fleet of firetrucks, ambulances and police to deal with them. Currently the owner is not in residence so who is responsible for this "charity"? All talk and no action from the commissioners.
