Wildwood - When will pedestrians realize that they can’t just stride out into the street without looking both ways and making sure that they make eye contact with any vehicles that are far enough away to stop safely?
Visibility is on the side of the pedestrians, they can see oncoming cars farther off than a vehicle on a street with parked vehicles and other traffic Cars have to stop for pedestrians IN a crosswalk, not walking out into traffic. They can’t cross against red lights, too. And bikes are NOT pedestrians and have to follow the same rules cars do.
