When posting indictments, shouldn't the offense include more inf

Wildwood - When posting indictments, shouldn't the offense include more information in order for the general population to know what their fellow citizens may be involved in? I know of a prominent person and business owner whose child was assaulted by an employee and whose wife was involved with the offender. We as citizens have a right to know. Why do criminals get more protection than we do?
