Wildwood - When I received my estimated tax bill a few months back, I called the city as it had increased over $1,000 and therefore raised my mortgage. They assured me that it was only an estimate and not to worry, there was no plan for an increase. Lo and behold I get my tax bill a few weeks ago and it is exactly what the "estimate" says. Why are Wildwood's taxes so much higher than North, West and Wildwood Crest? Shouldn't the Boardwalk and amusement piers absorb some of that cost? $6,100 is not okay for a condo!
