What is wrong with people today???

Wildwood - What is wrong with people today??? I saw a post on social media that a local business had a brand new "City of Wildwood" Recycling can stolen from their property. Within a couple day the owner finds it out front of their neighbors property, Apparently you don't think the owner would be looking for it and you put it out front where they can find it!
