Wildwood - What is wildwood going to do about the weed smell on the boardwalk and beach? Also, all over the streets and sidewalks!
If someone is having a drink and not bothering anyone, leave them alone. If someone is bothering someone, regardless of alcohol involved or not then fine and arrest them.
