What is up with the ridiculous price wars on the parking lots al

Wildwood - What is up with the ridiculous price wars on the parking lots along Ocean Avenue? I've seen signs for $3 to park all day (or $2.50 as one undercutting lot was charging)? Do they realize they can't park at a meter that cheap (2.25 an hour)? How does one pay their taxes and overhead at those prices? I drove through Seaside Park in March and saw signs for $10 to park cars! I can only guess that the people running these lots are not business people. Parking lot managers need to get with it, as they're giving it away! This is their time to make money, not give the tourists a break. Smarten up!
