What is going on with fare free?

Wildwood - What is going on with fare free? They can't seem to give elderly or handicapped persons rides on many occasions due to not enough drivers. They say that they are putting in a request to take you somewhere and will receive a call back but that call back never happens.Are they taking applications for drivers or not? Maybe they need to put a ad in the employment section of the Herald.
