We in wildwood still have the outrageously loud music blasting

Wildwood - We in wildwood still have the outrageously loud music blasting out of cars daily, drivers speeding and running stops signs all over the city. The same properties are still trashed, occupied rentals,commercial properties. vacant buildings and lots. What is code enforcement doing? Just saw a house that had asbestos siding removed from it by a contractor with out using water to wet the siding ,no poly sheeting on the ground and badly broken /friable debris all over the lot and on the neighbors property.Debris put into plain black bags also.
