Wildwood - In the United States there are over 20,000 gun laws, there is a federal gun crimes court in every major city. I still wonder why so many criminals get little to no jail or prison time for gun crimes. City DA's and state AG's will not harshly prosecute gun crimes , they will not send the prosecution to the federal courts why not. Mental health records are not readily available to gun dealers or not at all why not. Who is not allowing these laws to be enforced ? 15 years ago the NRA was offering consulting to schools on random shooter defensive training very few school districts took them up.
