Wildwood - To the uneducated spouters who think that everyone on Section 8 sits on their butts all day while you work your poor fingers to the bone, do some research. First, it is illegal to refuse to rent to a Section 8 client. It's discrimination, and if you refuse to rent, you can and will be sued by Trenton. I speak from experience. Second, many people work but still are eligible for Section 8. They do not pay all the rent, they pay a percentage based on the client's income.
