Wildwood - Troiano and co. have lost it if they think they will find $82 million to rebuild Wildwood's infrastructure. But then again his high-rise condo hotels never were built. The back bay is still a dump and the main attraction, the boardwalk, requires about $25-30 million for complete rebuild.
