Wildwood - A toxicology report released by the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office found Terence Crutcher had 96 nanograms per milliliter of PCP in his bloodstream, The report said Crutcher had “acute phencyclidine intoxication.” He was a very large man who was obviously out of control on a drug that may induce feelings of strength, power, and invulnerability as well as a numbing effect on the mind. That does not justify the use of deadly force by the Tulsa officer, but it certainly should make the public aware of the fact that he was not totally innocent. He was another victim of drug abuse.
